What exactly is a brand shoot?+
A brand shoot goes beyond the classic headshot. It captures the personality, values, and story behind your brand in authentic images – whether for your website, social media, or marketing materials. The goal is a visual identity that makes your brand unmistakable.
How do I prepare for a business shoot?+
Before the shoot, we discuss your brand, the desired mood, and where the images will be used. I recommend bringing two to three outfits that reflect your brand identity. A detailed briefing ensures we capture exactly the images you need.
Do you come to our office?+
Absolutely! I shoot on location at your office, coworking space, or any setting that fits your brand. From conference rooms to production floors – authentic work environments often make the best backdrops. Outdoor locations in Cologne are also an option.
How long does a business shoot take?+
A focused headshot session takes about 30–60 minutes. A full brand shoot with multiple setups, outfit changes, and different scenarios typically runs two to four hours. For larger teams, we plan additional time accordingly.
Can I use the images for social media and my website?+
Yes! All delivered images are licensed for your business use – website, social media, presentations, flyers, and more. You receive the files in high resolution as well as web-optimized formats so they look perfect everywhere.
Do you also offer team and employee photos?+
Of course! Whether individual portraits, group shots, or candid moments at work – I photograph your entire team with a consistent look. This is ideal for your website, LinkedIn profiles, or internal communications.
How many images will I receive?+
The number of final images depends on the scope of the shoot. For a compact session you can expect around 15–20 edited images; for a full brand shoot with multiple setups, typically 30–50 or more. We discuss the exact details during the briefing.
How much does a business or brand shoot cost?+
A Business & Brand Shooting is 350 € incl. 5 professionally edited images. All gallery images are optional for +400 €, each additional single image 40 €. For larger team or brand projects with several scenes I’ll gladly put together a custom quote – just get in touch via the inquiry form or the request wizard, and I’ll reply within 24 hours.
