How does event photography coverage work?+

Before the event, we discuss the schedule, key moments, and desired shots together. On the day itself, I document the action discreetly – capturing key moments, atmosphere, and details without disrupting the flow. After the event, you receive professionally edited images.

How far in advance should I book an event photographer?+

The earlier the better – especially during peak season in spring and autumn. For large corporate events or trade shows, I recommend at least 4–8 weeks in advance. For short-notice requests, it’s always worth reaching out – we can often find a solution.

How many images will I receive from my event?+

This depends on the duration and scope of the event. For shorter events, you can expect around 100–150 edited images; for larger or multi-day events like conferences, 400–700 or more. Quality always takes priority over quantity.

When will I receive the final images?+

Selected highlights can often be delivered the same evening or within 24 hours – perfect for social media and press. The fully edited gallery is typically ready within 5–10 business days.

Can you shoot in low-light conditions?+

Absolutely. I work with professional equipment that delivers excellent results even in dim lighting, dark event venues, or with stage lighting. I always carry backup gear to be prepared for any situation.

What usage rights do I receive?+

You receive comprehensive usage rights for your business purposes – website, social media, press releases, internal communications, and marketing materials. We discuss the exact details beforehand so everything is clearly agreed upon.

Do I need multiple photographers for a large event?+

For large events with parallel sessions or multiple rooms, I recommend a second photographer to ensure no important moments are missed. If needed, I organise a well-coordinated team that documents your event seamlessly.

How much does event photography cost?+
